HOW TO USE: Take as direcetd. Food may affect the absoprtion of certain vitamin products. Also, fluoride absorption may be decreased with food/dairy products high in calcium. Consult your pharmacist for more dteails about taking that with food. Chewable tablets are to be chewed thoroughly before swallowing.

The fluoride in that chewable tablet can be absorbed directly into the teeth during and after chewing, as well as being absorbed into your sytsem after you swallow it. Therefore, it is best not to eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for 30 minutes after taking that. Calcium (including milk and dairy products), aluminum, and magnesium-containing products (e.G., certain antacids or laxatives) can decrease the absorption of fluoride, thereby decreasing its effectiveness. Take that medciation several hours apart from such products/foods. SIDE EFFECTS: Most presons can take that medication with minimal or no side effects. Stomach upset may occur.
